Allen and Harris are the worst agency I have ever had to deal with. Not only do they lie but when found out they lie even more to cover their tracks. They will not take any responsibility and quick to blame each other in the office. The area manager *was so rude when I escalated a complaint against the lettings manger of Allen and Harris Penarth. I hope I never have to deal with these persons again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
