I RATED YOU 5 STARS BECAUSE NOT ALL OF THE LETTING AGENTS ARE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THIS RIDICULOUSLY HORRIBLE SERVICE. YOU CENTRICK PROPERTY DESERVE A MOST-TIME-WASTING-FOR-YOUR-CUSTOMERS AWARD. CONGRATULATIONS. KEEP IT UP. I was supposed to view an apartment in the Bluecoat House on 23/9 at 14:00 (received confirmation messages, and it's still being kept in my phone inbox). I waited and no one appeared at the property and then I called the office. They told me there's NO viewing for bluecoat at 14:00 on that day. I asked why, cause I didn't receive any messages or notifications that it has been cancelled. That lady on the phone exactly said SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHY AS WELL and she arranged another viewing, which had to be on 5 days later. Despite the fact I had to request a day off on 23/9 for this 15 mins viewing and it's cancelled for no reasons, she did apologise and a second chance was given. On the second viewing, I was supposed to view two apartments in the Bluecoat house and it's on 28/9 11:00. Not to mention the representative had been late (I understood that might be caused by the late appearance of the previous viewers), we could only view one apartment because they said the key could not access the other apartment (flat 28 I still remember). Okay, a third viewing was arranged. And for the third viewing on 6/10 12:45, I arrived there exactly on time, and as usual, nobody appeared again. I called the office. The first thing that lady asked me was whether I was late or not. Well done. I waited there for 15 minutes and their representative didn't show up until I lost my patience to call the office and that they asked me whether I was late so I could be the one to be blamed on??? I said I was there on time. She said she's gonna take a look what's happening and the line was held. She then came back and said, the viewing was cancelled. I asked why. She said the property was let. I asked when was it. She said today. Not sure if she was lying or making any excuses to brush me off, I didn't receive any notice saying it was cancelled though. And what she kept saying was it's not her fault in a manner that should not be used to talk with a customer who has done nothing wrong. So, what else could I say? If anyone in Centrick Property still cares about customer service quality, please do check your records to see which ** should go on a more proper training before you assign any task to him/her again. I would recommend this letting agent if you would fancy an EQ training.
