I recently let my property via Abbotts in Bury. I don't usually write reviews but I was surprised at how good the service was. Straightforward, professional and very dedicated to getting good tenants in ASAP, which they did. I can't comment on the other branches but Alice in the Bury office really took the stress out of the process and did an excellent job quickly letting my property.
No procedure set.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
