I purchased a property in October 2022. WB was the Seller's estate agent.
I found that they were always efficient and helpful and always got back to me if I phoned. They helped get the purchase through by answering my queries or getting the relevant parties to answer them (whether the seller or their solicitors).
It was refreshing to deal with professionals (esp Amanda) who knew their stuff and were supporting in achieving mutual goals. Support staff were very good too.

I decided to sell my flat and buy a house during the pandemic.
Wilkinson Byrne were around the corner from my flat and it made sense to go with an estate agents who know the area and know the local market.
Daniel metaphorically 'held my hand' through the whole process from start to finish. No question was ever too silly and no matter when I phoned, he always made time to take my call. He helped me to navigate what can be a daunting prospect.
Daniel's team are equally friendly, positive and helpful. If you want to commission an estate agents who make time for you, look no further than Daniel and his team at Wilkinson Byrne, Bounds Green. I don't hesitate to recommend.

Initial first impressions dealing with the agency were good. All interactions with the agent were great. However, over the course of couple of months, it became apparent there were some issues within management. We only ever had issue with one person in management and that was the the lettings manager, Dee Kouppari. We found her to be rude and negligent; it was always difficult to engage in a cordial conversation with her. Works would get arranged without us being notified, false and inaccurate reporting (verified by property agent) etc.

Very good service while selling our flat on the Lakes Estate, Daniel and David were very knowledgeable about the market and were happy to provide advise on all aspects of the market.
