Unprofessional, not respectful or helpful. They will argue and fight with you when its their own fault. Just the agency overall is *,save yourself the hassle.

Streets Ahead is a terribile letting agency. I pay for full management no dedicated property manager in months. The Tenancy Agreement expired a week ago. Streets Ahead is a terribile letting agency.
I pay for full management no dedicated property manager in months.
The Tenancy Agreement expired a week ago.
The annual gas safety check expired two weeks ago.
I am chasing agents who are not replying to this matter.
In the last statement they held funds from monthly rent without my consent because they didn't ask or explain.
I have the feeling the company is collapsing.

Absolutely disgusted with this agency, we gave a security deposit and passed reference but we got messed around for 5 months ended up having to result to temporary accommodations waiting for this property only 2 weeks prior to moving they said the landlord was no longer renting, my friends called... Absolutely disgusted with this agency, we gave a security deposit and passed reference but we got messed around for 5 months ended up having to result to temporary accommodations waiting for this property only 2 weeks prior to moving they said the landlord was no longer renting, my friends called the agency to check and the same property was having a open evening now my holding deposit has not been refunded and the agency is avoiding my calls and email. It disgusting they go around doing this we have children suffering with the lack of security and estabiality because of the uncertanties they have given us for 5 months.

You don't rush people and force ideas on people, which is something I never saw in estate agents.
