From start to finish, we have had a terrible time working with Savills. The estate agent, *, was ill-informed on the property during the initial showing and every subsequent person we dealt with from the Savills team after that was equally inept at their respective jobs. We were rushed through the lease process, not given even 12 hours to review and sign the lease, and then they attempted to charge an additional "administrative fee" for the multiple leases they sent us, despite the fact that they were at fault for not editing the lease to reflect newly agreed-upon terms. We worked with a new estate agent on our next property and they were fantastic *. But Savills we will never work with again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
