We sold and bought a house from the Northfield branch. The team there are proactive, energetic, friendly and determined! The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Even when our buyers pulled out at the last minute, the team were very quick to get the chain back up and running. The service we received was more than we expected. Thank you Nicola (Castle Brom), Sam, Pam, Dan and Maddie for getting us into our new home in time for Christmas! Xx
Although the fees are more expensive than other agents, they are well worth the money - you get what you pay for!
