Sophie was amazing, so helpful and never made me feel like anything was too much or silly to ask. John (I think that was his name), was the gent who showed me around the flat twice and he wasn't overly inviting and if anything I felt he was quite condescending and unhelpful.

We are aware that the general Estate Agency Fee structures are 1 to 1.5% which we feel excessive.

As a buyer the agents are not working for you however this is not how we feel about Georgie or Dacers. What a wonderful buying experience as a first time buyer. Without Georgie we would not have our dream house which was so much more to us than just a house. Georgie explained things we didn't understand as first time buyers and made it a pain free experience. Dacers were prompt in contacting us and communicating to us and on our behalf. Can't reccomed or thank them and Georgie enough!

Sophie and Dacres from the start have been excellent in the marketing and letting of my Harrogate property.
The property was joint marketed with another agent and Dacres were head and shoulders above the competition from day one.
The number of viewings was way above the other agent and the communication was frequent, informative and concise.
Sophie has successfully secured a family tenant for my property and I would recommend Dacres and Sophie without hesitation.

We bought our property from Dacres a few months ago and found them to be very responsive. It was a straight forward purchase so I can't comment on what they are like if there are any issues but they always answered my emails quickly and returned my calls.
