Horrible! Nothing gets done right away, they do not inform each other! You have to call them a million times to get something done. We have had a hard time with this agency, everytime you call they don't even know what you are talking about and ask you to tell them the problem again. I had to scream at them one to get something done and threaten that I would not pay rent. They always lie and come up with excuses! Julie should not be working there she is old and she keeps on forgetting everything. Davinder is a typical agent,he just wants to sell. Horrible horrible! They did not do a reference on me they still took money from me and when I asked them to return the money they keep saying oh GoodLord will send you an email. But they haven't. I am still awaiting my money.

It is indeed not good to hear that you have had unresolved issues. All tenants have to be referenced prior to move in and I am surprised to hear that you have moved into a property without referencing. If this is the case, you will need for formalise your occupation of the property by completing your referencing. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
