we went with this agent as we found them very helpful when we brought a property last year through them .what a mistake that was ! we sold a property this year ,we found there were numerous queries from the buyer ,Abbotts manager could'nt do enough for the buyer ,we were told he wanted a quick sale ,he was ordering furniture for the place etc to then find out it took nearly five months as buying was dragging heels ,on holiday !!!Then when we did complete buyer was expecting us to have left furniture there free of charge ,as this was discussed with the branch manager but not with us !! considering we brought 1 property & sold 2 in the space of a year ,all with Abbotts 1.5% we would have expected at least a call when last property completed to thank us for our custom !! l will add younger staff in the office much more professional than the very unprofessional manager who also divulged some very private details of our buyer .Try a more genuine estate agent !
