Predominantly Simon, but also Ben, assisted with my purchase of my first property, which resides in the development Lifestyle Properties is situated. Simon's unique selling point is his commitment to his clients, he worked around my hours and flexed his; including a short notice request to view the property again and as we progressed through the sale, he impressed me as he kept on top of other parties. He acted like a middle man of sorts with the whole transaction's progression in his mind - not just his remit. It took a lot of the exhausting work of chasing everyone's solicitors and so on out of the picture for me. He was very helpful when answering my questions on process between various parties, a bit outside a real estate agent's scope to be genuinely helpful to someone navigating buying a property for the first time. He also is very straight talking - a rare, and to me valuable commodity, I'd had issues with previous estate agents. Simon and Ben have both been very helpful post transaction – they are integrated within the community, know most folks from the parking warden to the local businesses etc and have helped me on occasions with issues/questions I've had after the purchase. Nice folks and professional. Would recommend
