Was with a diffrent agent and they was taken over by pinkstreet, the first information i had was when i recevied an email saying this is the new bank details. no phone call, not even the house owner had a call.
reported a problem with heating and took 1 week to get a response. Had an engineer come out and look, he ordered a new part and still 2 weeks later did not have it. 3 weeks without proper working heating, completely unacceptable.
Then i leave, told to put the keys through a door of someone else they brought. No one in the office so phoned to say, told put keys through the letterbox (safe).
Now lets talk about them showing people the house, 1 time they never showed up and i had to show the person the house.
Now the deposit return, had to keep chasing and finally do a Statutory Declaration on the deposit website. Lucky i have photos of all the problems and emails. I wouldnt recommend people use them, alot better agents that care.

Pink Street Agency is really one of the best on the market. JODY who is one of the owners is so kind and very professional. He helped me move into a brand new 2 bedroom flat with such ease. He makes sure that all is to your liking and ensures that you settle in well. He made the move for me so easily. I would recommend that the next time you need to rent or even buy a property that you try them first. I have actually recommended them to 2 of my friends who are looking for flats/house to rent. I reviewed this company 5 stars prematurely witch I withdraw now. They want money but not prepared to work for it. I stayed abroad for 5 weeks leaving my house sale with them and came back hoping the sale is in its final stage. Didn't received no updating at all, when I came back only to be told by my solicitor the buyer has withdrawn, I don't know when they never informed me. The "SOLD" board is still outside my house. They was not available to explain to me didn't even call me back. Shocked, disappointed wasted my time.

The house I'm renting was in the same condition that it was the first time I saw it and according to the agent the flat would be cleaned. I spent one hour just to clean the fridge!! No inventory was given to me the day I received the keys and many other thing they promised but are not done.
Worst agency ever!!
