Mike has helped both with a purchase and sale in the past six months so it's fair to say that we've utilised his services a fair bit this year. Due to unforseen circumstances we wanted to move on fairly quickly and had no hesitation in instructing Mike again. Although we sold in just five weeks there were still times when we found ourselves thinking when will this happen. A quick conversation with Mike and we were feeling much more positive and confident that it would happen. Mike is very knowledgable, and reassuring when you need him to be, he is always on hand to offer advice and guidance and we would have no hesitation in using him and the Pettingells team in Christchurch again.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
