Oulsnam Lettings have managed the letting of our apartment for over two years and have successfully recruited two tenants , managed any issues of maintenance and repairs and handled rent collection. They also conduct regular inspection of the property to give assurance that it is being kept in good condition by the tenant. We wanted to have a hassle free rental property and Oulsnam have delivered.
Seem pretty competitive especially for full management of the rental property.
We have a complaints procedure with appeal to the Ombudsman Service: Property.
