I was very happy with the service I received from Toby Hill of Bearroc Estates. All viewings (quite a few!) were arranged quickly and courteously. I never once felt rushed or pressurised during these viewings or any subsequent telephone conversations.
All questions were answered honestly and any queries were researched and quickly responded to. Toby was particularly helpful with information regarding the potential for extending the property and the likely approval of the neighbours (or not!)
The whole process was conducted in a calm and friendly manner which made it all an entirely pleasant experience.

Toby Hill is an expert in his profession. He shatters the illusion of a pushy sales consultant with his calm and approachable demeanour. The entire buying process was efficient and stress free. As a client I felt supported and reassured at each step. I would highly recommend Bearroc due to the personal attention they give to their customers. Many thanks for all your help!
