The support and assistant receive during the purchase was the best I've ever received and I've brought many properties over the past 30 years. I would recommend them to anyone as they was very keen to assist once the sale was agreed. Linda kept me and everyone on their toes and made sure things moved along and nothing stalled in the processes. It was lovely working with them for the purchase of this lovely house.

Shortland Horne acted in my mother in law's sale. There were extremely proactive in progressing the sale and when the buyer didn't keep to his word on timescales they gave helpful and honest advice on remarketing the property which resulted in a new sale for £50,000 more within a very... Shortland Horne acted in my mother in law's sale. There were extremely proactive in progressing the sale and when the buyer didn't keep to his word on timescales they gave helpful and honest advice on remarketing the property which resulted in a new sale for £50,000 more within a very tight timescale due to an onward purchase. Shortland Horne were approachable, driven and friendly.

The house I purchased came with a vast array of legal issues, overage clause, executors, amongst some of the problems.
It was getting very tiresome and costly going between solicitors. At this point I contacted the agent to try and help mediate between the parties.
Having been given the request Charles picked up the baton with relish and was absolutely outstanding with the considerable effort the he contributed.
Charles certainly earned his crust with this one.
