Sadly I can't give a '0' star for this. What an absolute shambles of a company. No communication, false promises. All they care about is money. As a landlord we put our trust into them to manage our property and they were nothing but a huge let down. Staff changed every week, no one gets back to you. procedures weren't followed correctly so our property was damaged and filthy. This resulted in lots of money being spent to sort it. Oh and they hand out the wrong keys, so I ended up with someone else's house keys... god knows who ended up with mine! I then had to pay out for a locksmith ðŸ‘ÂðŸ»AVOID!!!!!
