We had a terrible experience with Dockside. They do not care about their tenants and will take the landlords side on all issues even when unreasonable. They charged us an extortionate deposit (which grew when we raised a complaint about it) and could not explain why the price was so high. We had asked them to remove or fix broken furniture in our flat but nothing ever came of it. I get the distinct impression that these agents will exploit tenants for as much money as they can get. I will never use Dockside again and would advise anyone else against renting with them.
Absolutely ridiculous for the service received. They charge very high fees relative to the quality of service you can expect.
No procedure set.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
