We recently sold our house through Mundays and I just wouldn't recommend them at all. The sales girl looking after our sale was very unprofessional, we received numerous emails that weren't meant for us, and she copied random people into emails to us by accident. She was very unprofessional when we told her we wanted to turn down an offer and wanted to go ahead with some planned viewings the next day; she reacted as if we had no right to do so and became very pushy and almost like a child throwing her toys out the pram. Clearly it was because the viewings the next day were set up by her colleagues so it wouldn't be her commission. And there lies a fundamental problem, if the sales team aren't working all together then they don't have your best interests at heart to get the best sale. We sold the property quickly, but in our view it sold itself-we made sure it was well presented and well priced. The sale would have been achieved with any agent. To add icing to the cake, we still haven't heard from them since completion which was many many weeks/months ago. We didn't have a call on the day to confirm completion but rather dealt with our seller's agents much more frequently, as if they were our own.

We were exceptionally happy with our choice of agent when selling our property. From first inspection, pricing advice and tips for the sale, the team at Mundays were exceptional and both friendly and professional.
their sales progressor Chris was a real shining light and a credit to the team. He managed to keep us on track throughout a global pandemic and managed to get us moved at the earliest possible opportunity.

I'm not normally one to post reviews but in this instance I wanted to highlight the truly exceptional service we received from Munday's Sales Progressor Chris Mercer, and the wider team. My partner and I enlisted Munday's to sell our flat, (which they did for £85,000 more than valuations from other agencies), but they really came into their own when helping us progress the sale over the next 6 months.
We ran into serious difficulties due to: our structural warranty insurer (Alpha) liquidating, meaning we needed retrospective insurance put in place; our contractor vanishing; and a less than helpful solicitor. Chris handled everything with complete professionalism and such a positive and friendly attitude; I truly believe we would have lost both our sale and onward purchase were in not for him. It took months to progress our 5 person chain, but in that time Chris was in regular (sometimes daily!) contact with us, providing guidance, support and keeping the rest of the chain on board and motivated. He built excellent relationships with our solicitor and onward estate agent, which helped progress things during the particularly taxing bits, and his good humour made the process much easier than it might have been. He went way beyond the call of duty - regularly speaking on weekends and over xmas - and next time we move I will 100% be using Munday's again. Thank you to the rest of the team as well for excellent communications throughout, and for being so personable and efficient from start to finish.

Munday's sold my house when other (larger) agents had struggled against a difficult market and for more! Becky, Tony and Gail were supportive, professional, friendly, helpful and positive during the whole experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We massively appreciated Gail's total engagement with our search - she responded to texts and emails from us day and night, and was so calm and helpful at all times, smoothing everything skilfully - really brilliant. Tony was also totally professional and friendly. Compared to some agents (not all! Other great guys out there!) it felt like we were dealing with grown-ups at last. Beautiful house found and deal completed successfully despite some challenging setbacks which Gail negotiated with great tact. Hooray!

Becky and her team came on board as agents at the recommendation of our agent for 10 years who we trust implicitly. We had already bought our new home so were under pressure to sell our old one, which is a beautiful warehouse conversion that we were very sorry to have grown out of. Knowing we had to sell during a time of shaky market confidence put real pressure on us to balance getting a good price and getting a sale at all. Becky and Tony's policy of transparency and honesty shone through throughout the process, and it was reassuring to know there were no barriers to communication getting through to our buyers, and even our buyers' buyers when it came to the crunch. They crossed all the "T"s and dotted all the "I"s to make sure the sale went through. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Becky, Gail and Tony at Munday's. From the initial valuation, which demonstrated Becky's understanding of the local property scene, to the unfailing support through a protracted sale, we felt supported and informed all the way. When a last minute curveball from our buyer threatened the whole transaction Munday's were calm, considered and steadfast. A special mention for their photographer who made our flat look a million dollars! Highly recommended.

Becky, Tony and Gail did us proud.
We had a slightly tricky property to sell at a slightly tricky point in the market. Other agents we tried gave wildly inconsistent valuation advice, blew hot and cold, suggested price reductions at the slightest provocation and ultimately failed to find us a buyer. Mundays stuck with us through all the ups and downs, offered consistently sound and realistic advice and they eventually got us a great price.
I don't think that was a fluke. What distinguished Becky and Tony was that they listened. When we told them that we were looking for a property that was a bit out of the ordinary, they dug out a bunch of slightly out of the ordinary properties to show us. And they clearly listened to the buyers that they were bringing round too. The result was that they weren't showing our place to people who were unlikely to be interested.
They didn't bring all that many people round but a really high proportion of those they did bring placed offers.
I should also say that, having tried two previous agents, the photographs Mundays photographer took of our flat were far and away the nicest and presented the place really well.

They kept us informed along the way and remained persistent to the very end. They have fantastic local knowledge and listen to their clients' needs. The team managed to get us a very good result at a challenging time and I'd highly recommend them for a plainspeaking, no-nonsense and down to earth approach to selling property in Southeast London.

Tony sold our house in Peckham at the price we wanted in the midst of a falling market when other agents had failed to get us even a single viewing.
Unlike other agents, you really get a sense that Munday's are working on your behalf. They really know the local market and put in the hard graft to find the right buyers.

We wanted to post a review to say a massive THANK YOU to Gail and Becky for their help with our purchase in Nunhead.
It was so great to have an agent who was so helpful and responsive and it made the process a pleasure for us (especially since this is our fourth time trying to buy after numerous bad experiences). W can't tell you how different/stress free this experience was thanks to Mundays.
We would recommend Mundays to anyone and will definitely use them if we ever sell. Thanks again Gail.
