They even said after the first cancellation that it would never happen again but lo and behold - they managed to screw it up again by doing exactly the same thing! Seriously Ludlow get your affairs in order! If you are busy then hire more staff! It is not excusable to waste your customers' time! Other agencies I have worked with would explicitly tell me in advance if a viewing got cancelled, but in your case I got stood up twice in one week and a half-arsed apology from your agents, who gave me an attitude when I was voicing my discontent. I am spreading the word and will never approach Ludlow ever again! Avoid like the plague, particularly those on the Oval office, a bunch of incompetent and rude individuals.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Joao, Jibby and Sophie.
I have had bad experiences from other estate agents, but ludlowthompson has completely changed my views about estate agents.
The team have excellent communication skills and try their best to please their customers.
Their prices are also very reasonable compared to others.
Sophie has been so patient, warm and friendly.
I would not dream of using another estate agent!

I just had the worst experience of my life with this agency.
We put an offer on a flat in Nine Elms that got accepted and they messed it up in the contract with move-in date, move-out date, my full name, etc.. I called my agent, Daniel, and sent an email asking for that to be corrected but I received no answer, so I resent the email to his boss, Jibby, who called me and made me cry saying I was rude and that the landlord doesn't want people like me that ask for too much (sorry? We agreed on different terms and you messed it up with the contract).
They took 1 week and 3 days to refund me the money and NOBODY, absolutely nobody, answered my WhatsApps / calls / emails.
WOST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE: WORST SERVICE and WORST TREATMENT.

Awful!! £700 to sign the contract, then extra fees for contents insurance, contract extension, contract termination and, of course, end of tenancy cleaning. This can easily exceed £1000.

I am writing this review to highlight my disgust in the way I have been treated as a tenant leaving a Ludlow Thompson property.
The first major issue I encountered was an unnecessary and unjustified 'end of tenancy' cleaning fee. When one is leaving a Ludlow Thompson let property one is required to have the flat 'professionally' cleaned. Unsurprisingly, Ludlow Thompson offer their own cleaning service and quoted me £288 for a one bed flat to be cleaned. A truly staggering amount.
As any sane person would, I decided I didn't want to pay such an extortionate price for cleaning. Instead, I paid a competitively priced cleaner to clean my entire flat and made sure everything was cleaned to a high standard. After this, I handed the keys back and a check-out inventory was completed.
It was at this point that *** stepped in with his deceptive, dishonest and disgusting tactics. It was clear from the start the * had sensed an opportunity for Ludlow Thompson to profit from the situation regardless of any justification.
He sent us an email claiming that the flat was not cleaned and proceeded to book Ludlow Thompson's £300 cleaning service. Even though that flat was very clean and had been professionally cleaned, * ignored all of this evidence and went ahead with the unneeded cleaning service.
When I refused to pay for this I received a phone call from *. He then revealed to me all of my landlady's personal life issues (highly unprofessional!) and tried to emotionally blackmail me with these. In the end, he charged the landlady the £300 for the unnecessary cleaning.
I was also requested to leave the property early and was given the reason that the new tenants want to move in early. I was told that for doing so I would have the lost day(s) repaid to me pro rata.
I agreed to move out 4 days early and lost 2 days of work to do so. However, when I came to request a refund on the lost days of rent I was told that no such thing was ever agreed and that there was, in fact, no reason why I moved out early. Clearly, I have been lied to at some point. Unfortunately, * has still not explained to me why I was asked to leave the property early.
Please avoid using this letting agency at all costs! They are highly unprofessional and will charge you over £1000 in 'fees' for the privilege.

Until recently, for seven years I was a landlord with Ludlow Thompson. Most of my time is spent out of the country and initially I thought this may come with some difficulties. How wrong could I be, Kirsty, Adam and Surasak removed all my concerns, with their regular updates and knowledge. I was also expecting a hugely stressful experience, as many of my friends have had. But it never happened, Kirsty, Adam and Surasak also saw to that, what an asset they are to Ludlow Thompson

In order to do this, and engender an approach within our business of ownership and responsibility by all our team for the service provided to our customers, we apply the following approach to any customer complaint \/ concern:
1. Please refer all complaints initially to the Department that they relate to. (Lettings\/Sales\/Management\/Accounts). Presenting your complaint directly to the party you have been liaising with.
Whilst we would anticipate that this party will have been able to resolve your issue at this stage, should you not receive a satisfactory response or resolution to your problem:
2. Please refer the complaint to our Customer Services Department. (customerservices@ludlowthompson.com).
Once the complaint is received at Customer Services the matter will be acknowledged and investigated. A full response will be received from the appropriate ludlowthompson representative within 7 working days.
This representative will be a senior member of the team managing the issues on which you have reason to complain.
3. Upon receipt of the response if this is not satisfactory please advise Customer Services and the matter will be referred for review. A full and final response from a ludlowthompson representative will be received within 7 working days.
We would obviously anticipate that no response would leave issues unresolved having been considered to this stage. A \'full and final\' response will be advised as such within the detail of the response and will have been provided on behalf of ludlowthompson by an appropriately senior member of the management team to ensure it has been given appropriate review and consideration.
4. However, should this \'full and final\' response not be satisfactory please find detailed below the website contacts for each of the following bodies to which ludlowthompson are members. Each will ask you to have ensured you have received a full and final position from us prior to you being able to lodge a complaint with them for review and will guide you on the necessary steps to take.
ARLA (www.arla.co.uk) or NAEA (www.naea.co.uk) or The Property Ombudman (www.tpos.co.uk) . They will then consider the complaint and review the matter.
