All the staff were very friendly and courteous in person and over the phone. Kept me updated on what was going on. Excellent customer service and went out of their way to rent my property out even though they thought my property was going to be sold. All need pay rises. Presume they are not on as much commission as the Sandhurst Branch. Seemed to work hard for very little return.

I'm seriously impressed with this Estate Agent (I'm a landlord of 15 yrs with property around the country). Hello Readers
This is an up to date review what happened in August 2013 after they evicted us on a section 21 . We were told by the Landlord residing in Ireland that she was placing her daughter in the property and would not be re-letting the property , found to be an Absolute LIE , what she did along with Romans was re-let the property as an open day on the internet and raised the rent to a staggering 950 per calender month an increase of 200 pounds , another example of the deceit and lies.
After complaints to the property ombudsman and waiting almost a year , our complaint was upheld , WHY ???
Mr Peter Fuller CEO of Romans resides on the board an absolute DISGRACE , Romans have all their bases covered and I hope the more people that read both my reviews are completely deterred from these Rogues and one day they go BUST through lack of Tenants and customers .PLEASE NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE TIME OF DAY >GO INDEPENDENT and thoroughly check them out first !!!!

The next day I received phone call that other couple viewed the house last night and the house will be given to them so I will refund your money.. What would you feel if your in my position...? So unprofessional and I was mistreated right? Now the big question is, where is my money? Promised made by phone, I visited Romans office 7th of March, spoke to Mr Jo himself and I was ask to complete this refund form in 3 days I will have my money back. It's 14th of March now, again where is my MONEY..? Do I need the police, solicitor or media people to get involve?

Minor queries during the conveyance of my new property would have been both time consuming and possibly expensive if I had put them to my Property Lawyer; Romans contacted the vendor direct, on my behalf, and resolved these issues in a matter of minutes!

Poor response and taking wholesome of our deposit. Behaved very rude especially the inventory takers. It is huge hazel for the tenants.

Hi everyone,
don't let any property with Romans Letting agency especially with Camberley. They let the property without a proper condition. At last they force tenants to do all the stuffs otherwise they will surely cutoff a huge amount from our advance deposit. They won't return even half of our amount.
We suffered a lot with them. Our boiler was broken in the winter at that time had our just 2 weeks old baby. Though it was a managed property we informed them. But they responded only after a week and the boiler engineer responded after 2 weeks. We suffered alot with a newborn baby. Plz don't let any property with Romans. They will speak very sweetly when u r entering the house. They r very rude when u leave the house. Especially the inventory agents are very stupid. They won't see the problems when they r letting, but they will see each Nuuk and corner when u r going out.
Beware of them.

I have had recent dealings with Romans lettings. However the service I have received from Matthew and Joseph at Romans in Camberley goes against everything I have heard. Both cared about my requirements as a future tenant and all communication was prompt with my very best interest at heart. I cannot recommend the Camberley lettings branch enough, they have been great and will continue to do so!
