Company Overview
In the late 1990s our founder was trying to sell his period house in Peckham.....and getting nowhere. It was a beautiful, early Victo
rian property on four floors but the agents didn't seem to know how to market it. After months of frustration he decided to set up his own agency and do the job properly.
Description
Wooster & Stock is a full service estate agency dealing with the best properties in south London. Our sensational new Brixton and Nunhead offices mean we can now service clients much further both south and west and a revamped Sydenham office is attracting attention.
We believe in doing as much as we can in-house. We have our own photographers, our own writers and our own graphic designers. These services are central to our ethos of a complete and high quality offer for clients. First-class photography, floor plans, location maps, and refreshing descriptions are all quickly prepared for exposure on our market leading website and sent instantly to the right people.

We would highly recommend Wooster and Scott as a buyer, having just completed on a flat. I used Wooster and Stock to sell my Flat and would highly recommend them. Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly, professional, transparent, helpful. We chose W&S after a sale on our property had fallen through with a previous agent. They re-marketed the property and immediately attracted motivated buyers to view. In under a week we were sold subject to contract. The follow up work was exceptional and I can't fault the service from start to finish. Thank you to Luke, Aimee, Leonie, Gareth and Paul for good sound advice and marketing at the beginning and excellent professionalism and hand holding through out the whole process of selling.

Comments (1)On meeting Luke.B. I knew we wanted W&S to sell our house. In an industry with a notoriously bad reputation, I felt Luke was realistic and honest about the post brexit London housing market. W&S do not have a high st presence & our sale shows that what perspective house hunters & sellers want is good photos (lots of them) & a introduction to the property & area. Gemma was brilliant with the text & always on hand to update it when we remembered bits that we had left out. Our house went to a bidding war,and over 30 people viewed it, which would have been impossible to orchestrate ourselves. The advertising, photos and viewings were well worth the fee, but W&S came into their own when we had to deal with gerzumpers & gerzunderers! Our stress levels would not have coped the the games that buyers are playing in this uncertain market. Aimee was amazing at keeping the negotiations calm and doing amazing amounts of research on the buyers to make sure when people put in an offer, they can actually afford that offer and aren't just trying to win the sale. Having an honest estate agent working with you, keepingall sides of the sale up to date, chasing surveys and solicitors, has been amazing... all this with a sense of humour too! Thank you Aimee!

On meeting Luke.B. I knew we wanted W&S to sell our house. In an industry with a notoriously bad reputation, I felt Luke was realistic and honest about the post brexit London housing market. W&S do not have a high st presence & our sale shows that what perspective house hunters & sellers want is good photos (lots of them) & a introduction to the property & area. Gemma was brilliant with the text & always on hand to update it when we remembered bits that we had left out. Our house went to a bidding war,and over 30 people viewed it, which would have been impossible to orchestrate ourselves. The advertising, photos and viewings were well worth the fee, but W&S came into their own when we had to deal with gerzumpers & gerzunderers! Our stress levels would not have coped the the games that buyers are playing in this uncertain market. I also want to mention Gareth who is new to the W&S team, but has a wealth of experience with independent estate agents. He came and did a morning of viewings and again was immediately likeable, honest & straight talking about the market & our house to us & potential buyers.
Our house is the 4th house on our street to be sold by W&S andwe can see why . Thank you !
