Jo was dealing with me and my wife through the process with the purchase of our new home. Jo showed exceptionally outstanding flexibility when it came to arranging viewings of the property. Communication with was excellent even when Jo went on holidays she made sure its covered and David was again great in keeping us up to date. Professional and honest personality one can count on. This made us feel like a valued client . Upon completion the hand written card, were a special touch.
