We employed Andrews Estate agents to sell our home. BIG mistake! We've had to do all the chasing because they've refused to update us. They've done nothing but sit on their A@!@ and done the very little. They are very hostile - especially the Manager Jayne Wood - I read another review today where she actually swore at a customer. Not professional! Avoid like the plaque! Next stop - Ombudsman!
