We chose Allen and Harris to sell our home because we admired the confident and efficient professional attitude of their negotiator Ollie Jones. He has indeed found a firm buyer for us and kept us informed through the whole process in a friendly and cheerful manner. We would not hesitate in recommending Ollie and Allen and Harris to anyone wishing to market and sell their home in safe hands.
We felt the fees were acceptable.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
