I repeat, do NOT use this company. Everything, from day one, has been the most terrible professional experience I have ever witnessed in my entire life. This company are incredibly unorganised, and clearly have no idea what they are doing. Their next obvious example of incompetency was clear whilst my flat mate and I had to send over the necessary details to move in. Which had to be done more than 5 times as they somehow kept losing these details (UNPROFESSIONAL as they were important and private details). Next, my flatmate had not seen the property so we booked a date for her to view before moving in, which seemed an easy enough request. obviously they could not even do this. We turn up on the day and they seem very confused and say they cannot show us today for whatever lie they came up with there and then. So we booked a day they could do. The morning of this day comes around and I call them up just to confirm the viewing (due to their previous incompetency) and they say it is confirmed and will go ahead. I make the 30 minute walk to the property, getting their about 10 minutes before the viewing when I receive a call saying they actually can't do the viewing today. I am a student but am currently working full time, so after rearranging shifts not once, but twice, they still screwed me around. We gave up on the hope of seeing the property before moving in and will just be waiting now. We are still a few weeks from our move in date and are trying to organise collecting our keys and moving in. which will come as no surprise to you reading this, is just a complicated and unorganised process as every other step using this company. We were told (from day one and repeatedly) we could move in from July 1st with, no additional information given (due to their terrible organisation I assume) we assumed this was a set date and began organising things around this date as we live 100 miles away currently, however, we were then told the tennants were moving out on the 30th and so we couldn't move out till the 2nd, so again, we changed work plans around and had to edit plans with our designated drivers (we don't drive). We said fine, we will have that date to pick up our keys. however, for some unknown reason we now cannot do it till the 4th, which is too late for my flatmate as she goes away for 2 weeks and wanted to be moved in before hand. To sum up, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish someone had told me this before I got myself tied down to them. From the other reviews it seems this is the least of my worries and there will be a lot more * to follow with regards to this company. And i am sure (from the comments below) they will reply back to this post with some witty way of talking their way out of the issues i have discussed, but I just want to ensure no-one else uses this company as they are truly THE WORST.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
