Steven has been very nice and helpful, both as a lettings agent and manager of the flat we recently moved into. It was really nice for us, that, among all the difficult and exhausting things we needed to sort during the move, dealing with the practicalities about the new flat was very smooth and easy. We feel reassured, that any issues during our tenancy will also be handled in an efficient and proactive manner too.

We put down a holding fee and then the estate agent decided to carry on viewings and gave the property to another group. Really put us on a bad track and we may not have a home next month because of it. Thanks mate.

Jun 22, 2018Hi, sorry things didn't work out for you on this property. As explained before you put anything down, the landlord was going to make his mind up between two parties to which best suited them. Unfortunately they decided to go with the other party on the same day you placed the deposit, which is why you were updated immediately and received a full refund.

Entire process of renting was very easy and Steven helped us through the whole process. We have been living in this property 2+ years and we are fully satisfied with the services we received through out the period. Very easy to communicate with the agent and receive quick responses. Spent a week trying to book a viewing for a house. Called them 10 times and every time they said they'd call me back, but they never did. My friend managed to get a viewing in the end, but 30 minutes before the viewing we got a text saying they had recieved a holding fee for the apartment and had to cancel the viewing. Don't understand how the other group managed to get a viewing before us, when I had been calling them for a week with the answer «we'll have to check with the landlord when it's suitable».
