Having used a high street agent and been very disappointed with their service and marketing, I wanted to try a new approach with higher service and lower costs. NetLett has delivered this and far exceeded my expectations. As a non-resident landlord, my service needs are higher than the typical landlord. Arfan was willing to provide an enhanced level of service including coordination of maintenance for a fixed fee. I have found him to be highly responsive to any issue. He created a professional listing and having been instructed to find particular types of tenants, was committed and diligent marketing the property, hosting multiple rounds of prospective tenants. Even when a tenant fell through, he persisted and succeeded in finding a tenant. The whole check in process and references was professionally managed. I am delighted with NetLett and have recommended them to all my network.

Arfan filtered all the calls and within a day of instructing him I had some viewings and within a few days I had my flat rented. If like me you don't like using high street agents because of their high fees and poor service and fed up of using Gumtree because you have to filter all the calls yourself, then use Netlett. I used their filtering service where they came over, took some professional photos, filtered all my calls and provided the potential tenants details for me to arrange the viewings. He understood what my requirements were for this studio flat and didn't disappoint. I couldn't be more happier with the service. Don't hesitate and give it a go.

The service has been very prompt, the property was live in a matter of a few hours. A good amount of information was given about the prospective tenants. I managed to get the property under offer in 2 days. I initially signed up for their Tenant find plus service but ended up upgrading to the Rent protection service as you get free rent guarantee insurance and help with the initial paperwork. Couldn't recommend highly enough. I was so pleased and impressed that not only was the online service quick, easy and a great price but Arfan was always available on the phone to help with any questions. He came and took amazing professional pictures, allowing me to let let a number of rooms in a HMO property, very quickly. Would certainly use again and highly recommend. Thanks Netlett.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
