Excellent service provided by Caroline O'Dea and team who stepped in for my local branch (Springhead) who were closed due to the Covid 19 virus. Having Ryder & Dutton sell our late mother's property reduced a lot of stress. It was difficult to check on the property each week, especially when your parent is not at the end of the visit but Ryder & Dutton taking care of viewings, liaising with solicitors and buyers etc. eased our stress.
R & D's fees may be slightly higher than other estate agents but we feel it was well worth the cost. The cost quoted was the final cost we paid - there were no hidden charges.
Lauren was very helpful and was our main contact and was friendly and professional. Aaron was also involved as well as Connor and all of the staff were very good - we were very pleased with their service and we would use them again.

On our actual move in day things went very seriously wrong with the clearance of funds lower down the chain leading to the move being delayed by 89 hours and an immense amount of stress and no small measure of cost being involved but during the whole process Aaron was immensely helpful and supportive, We cannot recommend Aaron or Ryder and Dutton highly enough
