Excellent service provided by Caroline O'Dea and team who stepped in for my local branch (Springhead) who were closed due to the Covid 19 virus. An inventory of my property was due that day and the prospective tenant informed that his move was delayed. Rochdale branch stepped in the following day, sorted the inventory and keys handed to new tenant within a matter of hours. All achieved with the utmost speed and professionalism for the benefit of the new tenant and landlord. Well done Caroline, you're a star ⭐
