During the sale of our house * was placed to oversee the completion of our house. It is our view that not at any time did we feel that * acted in our interests and only benefited the new buyers. Some of the correspondence from * we felt was appalling and often left us feeling intimidated and rushed in to making decisions. The manner of her calls / voicemails were also not what we would expect of someone who was supposed to be acting for us. In one other dealing with * we had to state in our opinion that * was accusing us of being dishonest; only then did we see remarkable change in the tone and manner of the correspondence. Only once we complained to the management did we see an email from * where she finally apologised unreservedly.

She was always friendly and really responsive, She helped me quickly confirmed new completion date with whole chain just in 15 minutes! The purchase will definitely be failed without her effort. We put our property on the market with Richard Worth and no kidding within two days they sent round a prospective buyer. I didn't think much about it because my property had been on the market for just over a year, with only a couple of people viewing it within that time. Anyway, as soon as our prospective buyer stepped into the property, he only had positive things to say and two days later made us an offer which we accepted.
I cannot believe how quickly it all went through, mostly with the help from Jonathan our first contact at Richard Worth and then afterwards with Angela co-ordinating things, keeping on top of the paperwork and generally being there when you had a query or needed an answer to something.
I cannot recommend them enough, they looked after us from start to finish and just wish we had gone with them sooner.

Most of my contact was with Jonathan who I commend, when I did have contact with other staff members I received the same excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable Richard Worth’s fees were. We had been quoted far more from other agents so they were like a breath of fresh air.

I am very pleased I went with Richard Worth for selling my house and buying an apartment. Jack was very helpful - fairly quiet and not at all pushy (so unexpected from an estate agent) which I liked - and the sale and purchase subject to contract was completed within a week. Then Angela took over the sales progression. It was so helpful to have a point of contact for all the queries which always arise at this stage. She was great, always replied to phone calls or emails and worked really hard on my behalf dealing with all the solicitors and people involved. All in all I felt very well looked after.

We had a very positive experience with Richard Worth. We were FTB's so Angela's help through the process was invaluable, she kept me up to date as much as she could and chased the appropriate parties when we hit a few hiccups along the way. Which made for a nicer house purchasing experience, especially for our first property. Both Jack and Callum were helpful at arranging and attending the viewings, the only downside I can think of is that we were told on our first viewing that the service fees were circa £600pa but when I emailed to confirm later turned out it was only £10pa. So a bit of a hiccup there as it put my partner completely off the property in the first instance, hence the email to confirm. But overall a great experience! Thank you all!

Their morals are in the right place and they offer a no nonsense service where everything is completely transparent and all the cards are on the table.
Barry helped secure our purchase initially and offered honest advice and we 100% trusted him to honour his word with regards the terms of our offer.
Angela fought hard to keep the chain moving consistently and regularly updated us on everyone else position. I also trusted her 100% to get the job done and she delivered. With us also being first time buyers, Angela offered a friendly helping hand on the process of buying and made everything easy to understand and clear.
Trust is hard to come by sometimes in this area but Richard Worth delivers!
This is not your average estate agent. They're better!

The Guys at Richard Worth recently dealt with two property sales. Being an overseas client, I needed someone who I could trust to get on with the sale and be proactive in communicating where the sale was at. We have recently moved into our new home, which was purchased through Richard Worth. Arranging viewings was very straightforward and Jonathan did a great job in coordinating these.
There were various delays throughout the buying process (out of the estate agent's control), however, Angela always made sure that we knew what was going on and was on top of things to keep everything moving.
We were very happy with the service provided.

Angela was fundamental in helping us get up and down our chain of 5 to exchange contracts. Angela was representing our seller and of all the people we were working with to try and get the exchange completed, Angela was the most responsive and really did push things along. I think without her we wouldn't have got this done in time and there were significant implications if we didn't. Thanks Angela!
