Straight from the first phone call, through viewing and letting the property (well...so far) both, Shalin And Minesh, are very friendly, helpful and meet our expectations. On every step, everything was clear regarding the fees, and if there was/is something about the property which was/is not clear or there was/is they are always on the case straight away!
Highly recommend to everyone!

I have what I consider to be a healthy disdain for Estate Agents having dealt with F**tons as letting agents in london for over 10 years. Shalin and Minesh exceeded my expectations, being professional, friendly, extreamly communicative and very helpful.
They negotiated a couple of things between myself and my prospective tenant until we arrived at a place we were both happy. (Unlike other agents who would have pushed us down a road THEY wanted).
Any difficulties we encountered were immediately talked through and rectified.
I can highly recommend this branch of Belvoir and I see my tenant has left a 5* review too so happy all round. Apart from anything else, they're nice guys doing a very good job.

Having visited other unhelpful estate agents in Biggleswade, my partner and I were about to give up looking for a rental property that allowed pets until we saw Belvoir.
Shalin and Minesh were like a breath of fresh air and could not of been more understanding of our situation and needs.
They are friendly, knowledgable and genuinely care about you and finding the right home for you.
They respond quickly to emails and phone calls and have dealt with any problems with the house in a fast and efficient manner.
I couldn't recommend any higher and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future.
