Jo is a real credit to this company, as a landlord i need specific help from time to time, and Jo really has gone "the extra mile" for me. i would most certainly recommend this company to landlords.
i dont like fees, ever! but i do feel that i get value from this agency.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

I begrudge paying anything for the service I have received. if this was in any other service I could refuse to pay, a bad meal for example and yet I do not seem to have any recourse. I have to pay my bill.
