I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Steven's. They were fantastic from start to finish. The photos of the flat were beautiful and we had multiple offers to choose from within 2 days of the flat being put on the market. They updated me regularly and always answered any questions I had quickly. They were also just lovely to deal with and were very reassuring at times when I was stressed! Thank you Mike and Tayler.

ALL the staff we had contact with were very helpful, friendly and professional. The house receved immediate interest and offers were made within days. The price we accepted was just above our asking price so we were very happy with that.

From the start of the whole sale procedure we had really helpful and friendly advice. Because we were selling the family home to fund mothers care home fees it had to be realistically priced but with a timely completion before Mums cash ran out for her care home.
Ben and his team held an open morning for a whole gang of prospective purchasers which certainly got the interest going and we were able to choose from more than one offer within a few days of it going on the market. We achieved the price level we were seeking too.
All along the legal trail bit we were kept advised and also every time the purchasers wanted to make another visit to see their first time home Ben came up trumps.
Would we use Michael Stevens again ? - CERTAINLY. A local outfit with local knowledge. Friendly and helpful at all times. A pleasure to do business with.

Mike always offered great advice and he always resolved any issues very quickly and efficiently. He is understanding, friendly and very approachable. His communication has definitely been phenomenal.
