The service we received was excellent. Having been on the market with several other agents for over a year we decided to try V&H. From day one we were updated at every stage and significantly we felt that we were part of the whole process. Ben, Kate and Maria were exceptional, it was a breath of fresh air. V&H sold our property at close to the asking price. I would have no hesitation in recommending V&H and have done so to other perspective clients. 5 Star.
V&H offered a very competitive fee and made every effort to sell our property which they successfully did, however fees are high across the board

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at this branch they should be the only agent to sell houses.I can not fault there honestly and I was kept informed at all times and how many agents make you tea!!! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
