We have been using the services of Atwell Martin, for several years now, when we first purchased our flat in Swindon. They currently manage all aspects of the rental for us.
We have always found them to be very efficient in terms of managing the property, and keep us very informed regarding this.
Initially we dealt with Trevor Smith, and more recently with Daisy Butcher, Ben Lisseman and Tom Smith. They have all been excellent to deal with, very efficient, communicative and very personable.
We would definitely recommend their company to others who are considering either buying or letting a property.

I can't speak for the sales side, but on the rental side they just LOVE to collaborate with dodgy landlords and rent out below-standard properties with death trap electrics.
Supposed to be a "Managed Property", but even a single-celled Ameoba could do a better job!.
Oh, and the inventory check out? - extra photos not in the original inventory of previous marks on walls and flooring marks coming through the lounge ceiling from the floorboards above? That's okay, because they pin it on you!. Infact, whatever they can find, so that you don't get all of your deposit back. They behave like they are in cahoots with their landlords for a little extra "pocket money" on tenants' check outs. If you want a professional estate agency who is honest and fair, then this is NOT THE ONE!. PLEASE - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!....

Arranged a viewing , the agent was already viewing with any other buyer, had no idea that we were to view the property - poor organsation. Submitted an offer, still waiting to her 3 weeks later ( Property was sold) but still very unprofessional not to get back to me.
I will never use these company to sell anything, and will share my experience with everyone I know.
