Absolutely 5 start service from Tanya our estate agent; every time we called the office either Tanya or another member of the team were there to support us through the stressful process of buying our dream home. Against the odds thanks to Tanya's advice we were able to find the perfect house, exchange and complete in less than 6 weeks.
Highly recommend the whole team at Michael Anthony's for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent. Honestly nothing I asked was too much trouble despite it being the busiest month of the year so far. Thank you all xXx

I should have read the small print before signing a 16 week contract to try and sell the house as I would probably have changed estate agents earlier as we didn't seem to be getting very far with the sale. However we stuck with it and after having had a number of people viewing the house we managed to get a buyer.
Once the sale was on the go, the sales progression team were very helpful.

All the staff at Michael Anthony’s are friendly, and professional. They were not pushy with the sale of our house and gave honest and realistic advise. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and the whole process was straight forward and stress free. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough... thank you for all your help.

I recently bought a house through Michael Anthony after a lengthy process, due to problems further down the chain and not related to them. I spent more time during the wait speaking to Rachel than my own estate agent as she was so fantastic at chasing the chain, keeping me updated on anything going on and replying to any and all of my queries. Even after the exchange finally completed I received a personal congratulations email from Rachel in which she included she looked forward to finally meeting me when I collected the keys, which was just lovely. I would also like to add how grateful my husband and I were for the many many houses Mark showed us around. We probably viewed about 15 houses with Michael Anthony before finding the one and he never made us feel like we were being difficult or wasting his time. We didn't sell through Michael Anthony but if we had our time again we definitely would!

I recently purchased a property that was listed by Michael Anthony and can honestly say that we were only able to do this because of the support of Andrew Kerr. He knew exactly what we were looking for as he had shown us round a previous property that we were unsuccessful in securing. He contacted us as soon as this property came up and he was bang on target. We put an offer in the same day!!! Unlike other agents, Andrew took time to understand our 'wish list'... he never wasted our time, he was not a pushy salesman and only approached us for houses with the spec we wanted... Their after sales team were equally as committed and kept us updated on the vendors position frequently.. I don't plan on moving again, but I will absolutely recommend Michael Anthony to anyone considering it.

I’d highly recommend both Tanya and Vicki - from start to finish they have really looked after us and kept us in the loop. We wouldn’t use any other estate agent!

In particular, Vicki and Tanya, big big big thanks to you both! You two have always been supportive and always dealt with my requests promptly, and never get bored of my endless emails and phone calls! They are very patient and professional. As selling and buying properties can be very stressful and they have given me lots of personal emotional supports, so definitely recommend them to my family and friends! Only one comment for improvement to the boss - employ more sale progress people as it will make you stand out from other agents and your sales progress employees are too tired! ?

I sold my property with Michael Anthony and very happy with the whole process. I tried to sell my property with the Housing Association initially but didn’t have any luck! In particular, a big thanks to Vicki and Tanya! They have been really helpful and helped me chasing buyer and buyer’s solicitor whenever is required. They have always been supportive emotionally and professionally, especially when I was upset with the solicitors. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell the property.

Each and every member of the team that we met or spoke to on the phone were extremely professional, easy to talk to and get a 5 star review from ourselves.

We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them as the 'go to' Estate agents.
