We moved to Fine & Country after having our house for sale with another estate agent as we had a very bad experience with the other agents, there was very bad communication and we felt like we were not valued or taken seriously from the start. Fine and Country could not have been any different, Catherine bent over backwards to assist us right from the start, she helped us find our dream property and communicated with us through the whole process whenever we needed anything regardless of the time of the day. Our purchase and sale would not have progressed as well as it did without all of the things Catherine went above and beyond to do for us. Mark sold our old property very quickly and helped us to negotiate a figure on the property we were buying. As with Catherine nothing was too much trouble for Mark and he communicated with us as and when we required. I would never use any other estate agent in the future if we were to ever sell our property again, and we really could not recommend them enough. Thank you all for helping us find our dream home and for making the process a lot less stressful than it could have been.

They keep sending cards in the post 5 in last 2 weeks, been telling them for 2 years to stop sending junk mail to us but won’t stop sending mail! Don’t use them!!!! Rubbish,!!!

Communication was a key component to the sale's success and no matter where Tyler was, including Spain, he would make sure that my queries were answered.

Catherine has been an invaluable part of this process and is thoroughly professional in her aptitude and attitude towards working with me. This was done without me prompting her which is so refreshing. She has a real can-do attitude and is so genuine when dealing with myself that it is apparent that she cares about her clients and is willing to go the extra mile in making sure the exchange and completion was done on time. Given that my property was on the market with a different agent locally for nearly 3 months and we lost a very crucial sale period, I was very impressed with the service that I received from Zeba and Tyler. They worked really hard to get the property advertised right and once the sale was accepted worked very hard with a very difficult solicitor to get the deal done. Don't waste your time with other agents, Fine and Country are excellent! They may charge a bit more but they are worth it.

Our sale took a while to reach exchange due to a few issues with our buyers, but we would have definitely taken much longer if it wasn't for Zeba chasing the buyers and solicitors constantly, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, even on her days off! Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Knight Frank managed to find only two possible buyers in the first year the property was on the market, which was disappointing. I appointed Fine&Country to sell for me. The F&C agent who took the details of the sale moved quickly to another of your Branches, and Nici took up the reigns. She quickly arranged for a new brochure and circulated her advertising, which resulted in a steady flow of possible buyers. The property required quite allot of work to be undertaken to make it habitable for a modern family. All through this process Nici kept in touch, and prepared for each interested buyer. Eventually we found the right guy, who was prepared to do the improvements required, ending in a sale just before Xmas 2014.

Fine & Country helped me in purchasing a house via an open day. Having succesfully bid for the house in question, the selling agent Nici was helpful and not pushy in getting the deal done in best way forward for both parties. There\'s no doubt that the fees we paid were higher than the agents we started with but the quality of service and the knowledge of the local market made it a worthwhile investment.

We swapped to Fine and Country from another national chain of estate agents. There was an instant improvement in the quality of the brochure, especially the photographs. Fine and Country had a better range of strategies to generate interest in our property - an open day eventually produced a buyer. We were kept informed with progress and when the buyers began to procrastinate, the personnel at Fine and Country handled the situation firmly but sensitively. We should have gone to Fine and Country in the first place!
