Have just exchanged contracts on our new house with Mann. We have been so impressed by Sarah that she managed to sell our property within less than a day and helped us secure our new home. Despite a long chain Sarah has been tenancious to seeing the process through to completion. Commission well spent.

Having listed our property for sale with a different agent we were somewhat jaded by the stereotype service that we had endured so had taken a break from the market before re-listing our rather different property for sale with Mann &Co, Redhill. At our first meeting, Sarah Allen looked us both in the eyes and proclaimed "I will sell your property". What followed was probably the most challenging set of market conditions in which to sell a property for quite some years however the dedication of Sarah is what made us stick at it. Having the ability to have real conversations about market factors, receiving honest feedback and figurative hand holding when things got tough and when agents were under pressure to drive sales with price cuts, Sarah was steadfast and gave accurate market assessment and resisted knee jerk reactions showing us that she always acted in the best interests of her client, admirable personal qualities in a difficult industry. Sarah's tenacity never waned throughout, often demonstrating her dedication with information emailed late into the small hours, very clearly dedicated to her work and so customer satisfaction. Sarah delivered on her promise to us and is an asset to Mann & Co, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

If you are looking for an estate agent who is friendly, professional and has high-levels of integrity look no further. I would like to thank Sarah and the team at Mann estate agents for all, their work, support, advice and guidance. Over the course of 2 .5 years our chain broke 3 times leading to the loss the house we intended to purchase. This was an incredibly stressful process during which I cannot speak highly enough of Mann and in particular Sarah. Mann worked tirelessly to find a buyer and to assist with the process of selling our property. We were kept updated and Sarah was always there to discuss any issues with us. Eventually we secured another buyer through Mann and recently exchanged contracts. We have no hesitation in recommending Mann estate agents who in our opinion went above and beyond.

Sarah at Mann in Redhill was so helpful with our mortgage advice. Initially she gave us support in considering our best options and then transferred us to her mortgage adviser who was brilliant throughout the rest of the process. Both Sarah and Linda liaised with us through every aspect of deciding which mortgage was right for our needs. They were friendly and professional which gave us great confidence. The entire process was unbelievably easy and we are so happy with the mortgage rate and deal we received. They also followed up with a courtesy call after the mortgage had gone through, to check we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend Sarah and her colleagues services at Mann in Redhill. More than that she has kept in contact with us regualry and helped us with the recent rental of our house, sorting a few minor issues out. Recently she again help us with recovering documents for our tax return. She didn't need to do this but she did. Top drawer customer service.
