Lettings Department managers made error in Cromer and wanted us tp pay an extra months rent for their mistake going on for 4mths. They rarly answered phone calls/emails. Abbotts estate Agents in Cromer I can see have had their issues but when the took over the letting department of Harrisons as well things could only get worse and I mean very bad !!! Abbotts Cromer has the worst customer service I have every experienced. I am a landlord but my tenants also received terrible CS. I had to push them for over a year to help with upgrades to the house (damp and new kitchen). I spoke with them many times on the phone (each time a new person) and even ... Read Full Review
Agents fees are not worth it as they do not look after the property. They allowed damp to get so bad (no damp when I handed the property to them) that I had to have the entire wall damp proofed and redecorated.
