We bought our new property through Fine and Country. They were a delight to deal with, always returning calls asap and answering questions and queries efficiently and accurately. James was a very calming presence during the whole process, assuring us that all was well when we were feeling slightly stressed, and finding answers to make sure we were fully informed. Fine and Country helped me throughout the process and made life very easy for me. I am more than happy to recommend them and would like to say that they never seemed to busy to speak with me and worked very hard make sure it all went through with the minimum of fuss. I would like to thank Graham and especially to James Fothergill for his great service and support, he has given us during our very challenging house sell and buy journey. When we thought that won't be possible to sell our house for a higher price. He proactively developed solutions, liaised all sides, convinced everybody on the chain despite the fact that he was not going to get any commission. He pursued every single step to make it possible.
