At all times she kept me fully informed as to what was happening and worked tirelessly to get this over the line. Tara also had access to a long list of people to help with getting the property organized, which was particularly useful as I was out of the country.

Maev was very timely in her responses to our questions throughout and kept us in the loop, proactively providing us with updates, chasing up information from our onward to move things along as quickly as they can. Having just bought a house through Maev at Reeds Rains I wanted to share my positive experience. Maev was friendly, knowledgable and refreshingly honest. Reeds were very attentive throughout the sale process and while I never felt under pressure it was clear that they were doing their best to move the sale along. My partner and I found it very easy to speak with Tendai and the team, one of them was always available on the phone or in the office even after 5PM and also very responsive to our emails throughout. After meeting Tendai on our first Reeds Rains house viewing we found him friendly, knowledgable and professional his approach to listening to our requirements soon made him our "go to guy". He maintained his professional code but and was open and honest, listening and discussing with us the pros and cons of our viewings and sharing with us his view and ideas of what we could do with each of the house spaces. Tendai quickly got to grips with our slow developing specification including location, the reason why we was moving and what types of homes we was interested in viewing. After failing to had secure the first house that we made an offer on this did not deter Tendai from giving up on us and he continued to keep in touch and send houses that met our brief. The next house that we viewed, we did make an offer which this time was accepted and we have since purchased and happily living in.
