We tried to sell our house using this estate agents and in the end had to terminate the contract and take on another. (Marks and Mann, highly recommended) The reason being that after getting their contract to sell the property signed the agent who had turned up (James) was no longer around to contact and did literally nothing bar get one viewing the first week. We had a beautiful property, it received a ton of interest as soon as we switched agents but nothing with these guys because they don't bother to promote you. They uploaded the pictures incorrectly, got details and dimensions wrong, wouldn't even print paperwork that was needed unless I personally went down to their offices and never bothered to keep in contact throughout the process. Awful, avoid, especially if it's James you are trying to sell with.
