I must say having tried a well known online rival I was despondent. Then i met Louis Chris and the team at Ap Morgan in Bromsgrove, I went for their online service and i must say it was the best thing I did. They looked after me from start to finish and unlike another purple agent I actually had the benefit of a local team with a high street office actively pushing my property to buyers, i couldn't recommend highly enough

Our complaint procedure is as follows:
A P Morgan is registered with the TPO. So in the rare event of a complaint you must write to the branch manager of the branch in question setting out your complaint. We will investigate your complaint within eight weeks with our responses. If after we have written to you explaining that our responses and that we have completed our investigations or you have exhausted our internal complaints procedure, you may now refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman if you remain unsatisfied with our responses.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
