I recently sold my property in Wood Green. I was dealing with Sergio who did a fantastic job. He kept me informed and up-to-date throughout the entire process and helped move things along. No matter how busy he was, he made himself available to take my call, respond to my email or get back to me as soon as he could and was professional and friendly throughout. Sergio made what is already a stressful process much more bearable.

As we were also interested in a property that they were marketing it made perfect sense to have them manage the whole process end to end. James and Alexei make a great team and clearly work very well together. James is a master negotiator and Alexei really knows the local housing market. They were both very confident that they already had buyers in line who would love to buy our flat and that they could achieve our asking price. They did not disappoint.

James and Alexei make a great team and clearly work very well together. James is a master negotiator and Alexei really knows the local housing market. They were both very confident that they already had buyers in line who would love to buy our flat and that they could achieve our asking price. They did not disappoint.
Meanwhile, John handled our house purchase and was very helpful throughout. Even keeping an eye on my kids while I showed a tradesman round the property!
All 3 of them were on the ball throughout the process and towards the end James and Alexei really got behind trying to push through to exchange when our buyers solicitor was really dragging their heels.
I would def recommend the team at Castles, Palmers Green.

Me and my husband recently sold our flat with Castles and they were very good at keeping us updated with information and ensuring that the sale went through as smoothly as possible.
