As the business grew it became apparent that we needed an additional base
to provide a comprehensive service to our clients and customers in the
North of the Island, an office where local staff with local knowledge could
provide a full range of services appropriate to the specific needs of the
locality. Hence some
years ago the Holyhead branch was born. Located in a
prime Town Centre location, the office is ideally suited to cater for the
diverse range of properties in the locale, from terraced houses in the town
to beachside residences.
The branch has successfully grown over the years, establishing its position
in the local marketplace as one of the market leaders. Having recently
undergone a major refurbishment, the Holyhead office is ready to seize the
new opportunities that are presenting in the area. Whatever your property
needs, whether to buy, sell, let or rent, our friendly and approachable
team in the Holyhead office are always there to help you.

We sold our property through DH and at no stage had any problems. Deian's pro-activity secured us a higher price from our buyers than anticipated. The whole team (Deian, Lisa, Bethan as well as others such as those in Caernarfon!) were supportive and understanding - very necessary through what was a sometimes fraught process!

I've just purchased a property and have been very happy with the service from Dafydd Hardy. They were really flexible on viewings and although not that same person was always available for queries they were all very helpful and knew were progress was up to on my purchase. They were really helpful in pushing the process through at the end and giving the solicitors and vendor a nudge when needed. A really friendly office who seemed genuinely interested in the client rather than just the sale.

Acceptable - although online agents are cheaper I'm very glad I had an agent such as Bethan Maitland that I could actually contact and speak to - which makes paying the fees ok.

I chose Daffy Hardy after talking to the then manager Paul, he was knowledgeable and to the point.
Bethan Maitland was allocated as the agent to deal with my sale and I'm so grateful she was. Selling the home that I loved and relocating was a difficult and emotional time. Bethan wasn't just an efficient, knowledgeable salesperson - she was kind, thoughtful and on many occasions went above and beyond what I would or could have expected from an agent.
I cannot speak highly enough of this lady, whether selling or buying empathy, knowledge and a sensible honest attitude from your agent goes miles and miles.
Anyone who has Bethan as their agent us lucky indeed.
