Would give a 0 stars I could. Never experienced such shoddy and defensive service in my entire life. My whole experience to date has been shocking, to the point I am now going to be pulling out of my sale so close to the end so I do not need to put up with their complete incompetence any longer. Constant mistakes!! 3 weeks into my sale process and they call me to ask I’ve had any luck finding a property. Repeatedly late viewings upto 30 minutes. Forget to bring my keys to viewings, walk mud all through your house, they have no communication and have no idea what’s going on. Give your house keys to random people and then have no records of this! Turn up viewings without even informing you of the viewing. My onwards purchase solicitors even commented on their incompetence. Complaints procedure is a complete joke and a complete waste of time they just deny anything and hide as much as they can to try cover their backs. There calls aren’t recorded and they use this excuse to say that you’re a liar as there’s no record of concerns being prior raised because their staff cannot write notes. Would recommend literally any estate agents bar Mann! Do not waste your time or money on this joke of a company. To top it all off they called my buyers and told them I’ve pulled they say when I haven’t even do so YET!

When we first viewed the house we were shown the property by Ian, the viewing and in fact, the whole buying process was a pleasant experience. We did not feel pressured at all by Ian when we were viewing the property, we were able to walk around the house without feeling like anything was being pushed upon us (unlike some of our previous experiences with a different company) and i think that helped with the decision of biting the bullet and putting an offer in on the property. We viewed the property on a Friday and weren't pestered as to how the viewing went and how we felt about the property, in fact, it was us who contacted Ian the next day to inform him that we wanted to put an offer in. The whole process was smooth, Sian & Ian couldn't do much more for us. Always happy to help and answer any queries or questions we had with quick responses.

We chose Mann to sell our home as we had used them previously and they were fantastic. This time around they didn't disappoint! From initial valuation to completion the whole team were really proactive in getting us viewings and gave us feedback after every one. We had great advice regarding marketing strategy in order to sell and get the right price. Once we secured a buyer Sian liaised with our solicitor and the entire chain keeping us up to date and troubleshooting throughout the process. In the past I have used agents that get the sale agreed then think their job is done but I can honestly say that Sian took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend James and his team for a professional and thorough service.

I could not recommend the whole team at MANN enough. We had listed with another agent, but we not so much as had a viewing until we brought MANN on board, and we'd sold within 2 weeks!

The reason for mentioning, is that I was just so glad I used Mann Gosport all the way through this.
From day one, all the way through the whole series of sometimes painful and most definitely stressful chain disruptions, the team at Mann have been so helpful and professional.
I really felt that they were often more than an estate agent. So many times they were fighting my corner, picking me up and offering positives when things didn't go well.
I'm obviously not the only seller/buyer they are dealing with, but the biggest compliment I can pay is that team always made it feel that I wasn't just a number.
Ian Hendy (sales contact) and Sian Wright (sales progressor) pushed every step of the way to make sure my sale went through, and left no stone unturned with ensuring everything was covered off.
Based on my experience I would highly recommend Mann and Co Gosport.
