I am a new customer with Squires and I cannot speak more highly of all the rental team who let out my flat for me. Special praise must go to Pan, who has been a fantastic letting agent. I do not live in London, which could have been more difficult for the team, but they have rented out my flat quickly and with good tenants. We initially used Squires to rent out our Hendon flat and they were superb.
From finding the right tenants for us, to advising us when issues arose.
When we decided to sell, it was an easy decision to make, and my wife and I were delighted to ask Adam, Ed and the Squires Team to sell the flat.
They really looked out for us, especially as we were now living abroad.
Their communication was always clear and timely, and they were honest and friendly throughout, in what can be a stressful process.
We would not hesitate to use them again.

We are happy with the service they provided.
Last year I also introduced my two friends to renting house and flats through Squires. My friends are very satisfied with the service.

Squires provided a great service in marketing and finding the right tenants four our property. David Varaka, Senior Lettings Negotiator (Hendon) was very professional, easy to get on with, listened to our needs and concerns and always acted accordingly. Often he went beyond his scope of duties and even called me at 9pm and at weekends to discuss potential tenants! With Squires being a local estate agent we benefitted from a flexible approach and excellent customer service from David. Thank you and much appreciated.

I've dealt with many estate agents in the past. Most of them felt like they were doing you a favour in presenting to you another horrible looking (and sometines smelling) property.
Mark was a totally different experience. I contacted Squires about a property they advertised and thankfully Mark was the one who answered the phone.
From the first moment over the phone he impressed me with the amount of positive energy and attitude. Quickly arranged a viewing for a couple of properties in the area I was hoping to find something.
When we met he looked like the estate agent you'd like to walk around with. Always well presented but luckily not 'stiff corporate looking', very well spoken, friendly and bubbly with a really positive smile.
As I imagined I found a property I was looking for on the 1st day of viewing. The whole procedure took really quick and was simple enough with constant assist from Mark. As a bonus my landlord turned out to be a great person too so very happy with the outcome.
Mark made me feel like a customer. It's still a rarity amongst estate agents. I knew from the start he would help me find what I'm looking for.
