High fees and misleading on the size of one of the bedrooms during my Skype viewing which caused difficulties once I'd moved. Promised to pay half the fees to landscape garden and never fulfilled this promise I had in writing which cost me £150 My landlord ended up firing this company and using another company which has improved my tenancy.

We welcome all feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us to constantly improve our services to landlords and tenants. Unfortunately, in this instance, your review is completely and blatantly incorrect, as evidenced by our communication logs. As you would expect, all correspondence is automatically pulled into our CRM system, and all calls are recorded. I have checked our records, and have found no mention of agreed works which you say were not carried out. I have also seen that all issues which were raised were attended to within a very reasonable timescale, and the repairs acknowledged by you, in writing, when completed. Our correspondence also shows that you did not mention anything about room sizes when your partner visited the property on your behalf (on 07 June 2016), despite you writing to us to request authorisation to decorate, nor indeed did you mention this issue at any time after you moved in. In fact, I see that you requested that we renew your tenancy (correspondence on 19 March 2017) some time after the initial fixed term had expired! As you mention, the landlord terminated our management contract as his son in law took this over at a lower cost to him. I am pleased to hear that things have gone well for you since he has taken over. Finally, whilst at the time you rented from us we did charge tenants a small agency fee (which was clearly displayed on the property advert, in correspondence, on the tenancy application form, and discussed via recorded telephone conversations), we have not done so for around 6 months now, due to the upcoming tenant fee band. Jan 30, 2019Here is screenshots of the issues I had with maintenace delays, as well as the contractor hired by yourself didnt turn up at one point, trying to have me set up a payment plan for the rent that would add an extra £6 p/m, or £72 per year on top of my rent, as well as the offer of sorting the garden out that was subsequently ignored after I raised it on the maintenance portal and never heard anything from again.

Jan 30, 2019One comment I forgot in my reply, you yourself Skype viewed the property with myself and I specifically asked about a single bed fitting in the 3rd small bedroom, which it did not. Come the day I move in, lo and behold, a single bed does not fit in that room meaning I needed to purchase a smaller bed which has caused no end of annoyance.
