Used this company to view a property - asked to return for a second viewing with the ability to make an offer for the asking price and was "told" that this could not be done - Another offer had been accepted. Was advised that no further offer would be considered in a "dismissive and blunt manner" - when it was suggested that a visit to the property would be made to advise the vendor - was told "that i do not care what you do" - astonished to be treated in this way - I thought that it was the agents responsibility to put to a vendor all offers - not to block them - I wonder if vendors are aware that they could receive more - potentially better offers for their property but are not getting them? Really bad experience

I used Hizzy Ltd to sell my partner's house beacuse I could see how good their advertising / marketing is with walk through the house videos, and because they were recommended to me by some fairly savvy business friends of mine.
They did not disappoint, right from the start Lee provided clarity, setting up a chat on whatsapp to book viewings was genius, the trsut just built from their. Viewings were executed extremely well, we had 5 or 6 offers in 1 day and the house was essentially under offer in 4 days. We sold above asking price too!
Lee is so thorough checking the financial capability of buyers before discussing the sale.

If only all my past and present experience of buying and selling could have had a fraction of the quality that Lee provides it would have made processes that much more bearable. Can not fault Hizzy Property, so glad I went through a friends recommendation. Even though the property wasn't in the neighbouring area Lee didn't falter to provide a full service. Can't thank him enough for all the time he took on taking photos. The house sold within 4 days and has been handled with professionalism and care during a very tricky time. Contact any day during longer hours was very convenient and Lee always welcomed any question and provided reassurance and advice.

I bought my house via this agents. Hizzy were highly efficient throughout the process. They initially arranged a same day viewing, were easy to contact via mobile and answered emails within minutes. In the past I've wasted a lot of time trying to call agents to get updates but Hizzy stayed in contact throughout. They also sent regular updates on the seller's progress and stayed in touch with my Conveyancer so that everyone knew how the purchase was progressing. I am highly impressed with their service and will certainly use them again.
